Sorry if this isn't the place to put this but I am already over my new job. I'm a full-time college student, tutor, and picked up a “fun” and easy side job because I need money. Since I started there has been little communication, I haven't been put on schedules but was called in last minute, and my first two paychecks paid me fewer hours than I worked. I mentioned this about the first paycheck and they “fixed” it but it's still three hours short.
They also expect us to give time off three weeks in advance but put out new schedules one or two days before the work week begins. I asked off two dates three and four weeks in advance and my manager complained that she needed to remake the schedule. Why isn't it published then? It's honestly BS and I want to quit soon but it's also easy money so I don't know what to do.
