-my company screws up and puts the time i was recovering from surgery as vacation days (we have hospitalization leave to cover that, so that we're not forced to use our time off for important medical stuff). suddenly im missing a huge chunk of said vacation days. obviously im not happy
-it takes 3 weeks of me repeatedly emailing them before i finally get an answer. it took them like 10 minutes to correct the error btw
-i think things are fine now. i apply for time off. i am told i dont have enough vacation days to cover the period im applying for. i am now in the middle of furiously drafting another email and sending screenshots of their own company portal which shows that i still have x vacation days. not only that, i have an email from them confirming that i have x vacation days.
