Company claims original offer incorrect 3 weeks later after signing, wants to pay me 21% less yearly

Company I work for was acquired by another. New company reached out with an offer letter to officially be employed under them. I was due for a promotion and it finally came with this offer letter. I was offered a promotion and 30% raise (within the salary range this company has available for this position).They have now contacted me saying this offer was incorrect 3 weeks after the contract we both signed started. The new raise is 9% instead of 30% and less than the range they have available online for this job. They want me to sign a new offer letter. I am not going to sign, and instead email them that I expect to be paid the agreed upon rate. Not sure if there is anything else I can say in the email to help my case. Does anyone have any advice?
