I’m in college and my previous job couldn’t work with my hours so they let me go. I looked for 2 months to find somewhere that would to no avail. I was running out of money and had nowhere to turn. I sought out an old employer, a job I hated with a burning passion and made me want to kill myself .. but I knew that they’d work with my schedule. In the back of my head I knew it probably wasn’t a good idea but I felt desperate. So they offered me a measly $11/hr and I took it. I’ve been back for about a month and I am at my wits end I fucking hate this place so much. It’s so toxic. The managers are constantly swearing at the employees and even the owner of the place will cuss people out throughout the day for stupid petty shit .. I’m being told that I should be thankful that they’re doing me a favor but in reality they’re not doing me any favors. It’s a labor/wage exchange. I wish I had never even contacted them but it’s too late now so I’m just done. Bye bye
