I’ve been a “seasonal” employee working a full time schedule for two years.

I'm told that I don't qualify for benefits, or paid holidays like the “full time employees”. In 2 years, I've never been scheduled less than 40 hours. I'm I being illegally disqualified from the same benefits as people that had “full time/ permanent” in their new hire contract?
