Regarding Commission Only, 1099 Jobs.

First, there's Powur, a residential solar company where users have to pay for access to their platform to design a system and sell solar but they do not give you leads, so figuring out how to find people to sell solar to is completely on the individual whether it's buying leads to call or door knocking and every municipality in the country pretty much requires people to pay for permits for door knocking. Then there is American Income Life. They have their name on the Dallas Cowboys stadium. They provide leads but require individuals to pay to study for and to take a life insurance test. Then AIL wants individuals to shadow management, which sounds unpaid time. From my understanding this is also a 1099 commission only job.

I like be paid for my time but have had success telemarketing solar for work and there's a lot of sales jobs which don't pay you for your time. I want an employer to invest in me, not vice versa. If I'm working for your companies benefit I shouldn't be working for free or spending money to benefit the company.

Both these jobs have up-lines that are rewarded for your success and ask people to invest in the company whether it's whether it's not paying you for your time or having the individual spend money to make money.
