Today my shift manager and department manager sat me down. They told me that I couldn’t have my “water container”; which is metal, with me. If I wanted to carry water i had to use a plastic water bottle or a clear bottle. When I asked for the policy; they said they ‘couldn’t’ because it’s “work expectations” and not a policy. How do I fight this for my right to have my water?
