New job red flags

So I started a new job that seemed great during the interview and the offer was great. After a few weeks I'm starting to notice some red flags I would want to try and address asap. The team I'm on seems to be half in India and we are US. And from what I've heard from colleagues there seems to be some kind of expectation to be able to take meetings either very early or late in the evening. Now I was never told this during the interview?? And I specifically asked about wlb during the interviews with no mention. I'm trying to figure out how I can try and set expectations early that I won't pivot working hours. As it very much does not work with my day to day. Does this seem reasonable? How should I approach it. Anyone done this before and how did it end up?…
