I work at a refinery. I must badge in no later than 7am. After we board children's school buses (painful to the back) and ride down dusty bumpy gravel roads for 15min till we get to work site. After shift we are brought back to gates where it takes 5 to 10 min to badge out. Then 5 to 15 min to leave the parking lot. If the line to badge out is long and and you badge out late you don't get paid for those min, however if you badge in one min late you're docked 5 min or or 4 min early you are docked 15 min. is this legal?
