I usually work daytime 9-17, but because we were short on staff, I was asked to work nightshift 18-06 which I accepted to helpout. Then we had issues daytime so someone had to work overtime a few hours which noone of the night personel wanted. So I said that I didnt really want to, but volunteered to take the overtime if I had to. Then my boss got angry and told me that Im young so I should be able to take the overtime with no fucking problem. Is this really how we should be treated?
