To set the scene, I quit my minimum wage hospitality job yesterday. I know they are short staffed so I offered to work until Christmas to give them time to hire a replacement. The 3 bosses of the independent business I work for are giving me the silent treatment and acting really hurt and childish about it, they didn't even respond to my message about handing in my notice, and haven't brought it up during my shift. No thank you for offering to work until Christmas, no good luck, nothing. I've been sat on the verge of tears because I'm being made to feel so guilty, I really liked these guys until now. I feel like rage quitting.
