I know someone who used to work for this company, Hudson/HIPR or as it's known now the Hudson Institute of Process Research (don't ask me what that means… because your guess is as good as mine). Also, this company is complicated because they work with North America Immigration Law Group and recently spun off a group of lawyers into their own company called Corporate Immigration Partners PC. Talentopia and Pacston is also somehow involved in all this. It is an immigration law firm that specializes in employment visas. Their employees have been organizing a union since the summer of 2021, but they continue to illegally union bust. The NLRB has issued two complaints on the company so far, and the union has filed over 20 unfair labor practices (ULPs). The day the NLRB issued their first complaint on the company (which consolidated 7 of the ULPs ranging from illegal terminations, disciplines, and threats of litigation), the company sent this deranged email terminating an organizing committee member:

This is just the latest in a long list of unhinged behavior from these guys. The petition describes more. Seriously.
