If my company keeps scheduling meetings outside my working hours what can I do? Would it be reasonable to just say no? This is because of timezone issues I was never told about prior to starting. I'm willing to start earlier to accommodate but it's a big no to have late night meetings when my day has ended. Anyone had a similar experience and how to handle it?
