I was fired from my job despite having achieved my goals and having complied with all of the duties of my role. I don’t want to give any more details out here but trust me – I was a valuable asset to this firm. The reason why I was fired was because my direct superior didn’t like me as a person (although most other folks in the company did, I was partly a “culture hire”). I want it to be known that I was fired because of my boss’s insecurity rather than my own work ability. What are the consequences of me explaining this in an email and sending it to the whole company?
