A recruiter reached out to me about a Senior Director position at a publicly traded company.
I have 15 years experience in my field with great credentials.
I’m reading the info and get to PTO: 2 weeks. I emailed the recruiter back about the PTO. Was told benefits are non negotiable this is what they do across the board.
Are companies just this silly? What Senior Director level person is going to accept a position with that benefit?!
