Job threatened to sue over one-star Google review

Awhile back I was let go from a job via text message that I worked at only about two months. The whole time I worked there I was given minimal direction or work, kept being told I'd get the resources I needed to complete the project I was hired for, then suddenly fired in a text. Not even from Mt boss, just a random colleague. They told me my stuff would be in a box at the security desk. The job, culture, pto, pay was all awful; I only took it out of desperation. Terrible experience. Awhile ago I googled the company for some reason and thoughtlessly rated them a zero. Petty sure, but whatever. Awhile ago I googled the company for some reason and thoughtlessly rated them a zero. Petty sure, but whatever. Today I got an email from HR and a private message from a coworker demanding I remove it if I dont want “tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees” because I signed a nondisparagment agreement. The email from HR went on to detail the agreement, which basically says I can't make false accusations.

He also had the employee rate the company a 5 on Google after I pointed out in my response to HR that removing my rating won't have an effect on his existing one stars across the board.
