Put in an application at SMF Airport for a position, got an immediate call back and interview appointment setup. This tells me they’re desperate.
Went to the interview at SMF for a restaurant management position. The Director of Operations tells me to be there by 12pm today.
I show up 10 minutes early. Dressed for an interview and 12pm hits, nobody around. I wait 5 minutes…..and leave.
I call him on my way down the escalator.
He answered, “hello”
“ Hi this is insert name you scheduled an interview with me at 12pm. I was just calling to thank you for wasting my time, I won’t be back here, Bye.”
He calls back immediately, I answer as if I have no idea who it is.
“my name speaking who is this? This is blah blah blah. I said Oh, yeah tell your boss you Fucked Up”
I Hung up.
I got 4 more interviews lined up and this is my 4th interview within 10 days of applying.
I don’t got time for that shit. That tells me Bad Time Management, Bad Management, No Follow-Through, Lack of Communication on his part.
Overall RED FLAG. You want me to be on time? I expect you to be too, if not then FUCK YOU EMPLOYER FUCK YOU ALL
