Posted this on another sub but thought I'd bring it here.
So I was trying to get a second job and was trying to give a heads up so they knew and didnt get caught off guard with scheduling.
Then they mentioned conflict of interest clause in the handbook because it's a competitor,which I read it it says full time (I'm part time) and doesn't mention specific competitors just says a vague conflict of interests.
So how should I go about this?
I work at an arcade and was going to get a job at a separate arcade. (The dude is known for well this is corporate policy but it wasn't X's policy.)
So what should I go about it?
Just take the other job if it's better pay instead of two?
