PLEASE HELP-I just got hired, I work 2 jobs now but can’t tell my new boss about my 1st job or i’ll get fired? Idk what to do

Hello reddit, I (early 20's F) don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I work at a mom and pop salon and just started a new part time job (today was my 4th day) at a color bar (corporate). During both interviews I was transparent about my first job and that I wanted to continue working there part time, and was told it wasn't an issue, but I can't mention it to any of their clients or I will be immediately terminated (obviously). In the contract, there was no non-compete or anything like that-I made sure. On my first day, my new manager seemed concerned when I mentioned my other job (she asked about my work experience), and said there's usually a non-compete and they've had issues in the past with girls working multiple (beauty industry) jobs. Hello reddit,
I (early 20's F) don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I work at a mom and pop salon and just started a new part time job (today was my 4th day) at a color bar (corporate).

I told her I made sure there wasn't a non-compete before signing, so she emailed her boss (who interviewed me the first time) and boss said it was fine and manager said she must have really liked me. Idk if they changed the policy, or made an exception for me.

Then the manager told me I can't discuss it with my coworkers either, or I will be immediately terminated. This is fine- the problem is this:

The manager I met on my first day changed locations after my second day.
Then I trained under a different manager- she asked me why I wasn't working saturdays and offered me more shifts- I gave her a non-answer.
I thought maybe my previous manager would have let her know, and technically she is a coworker, so I was scared that if I told her myself I would be immediately fired.

I've never had a corporate job before, I'm not sure if I'm supposed to lie to everybody in general or if I'm allowed to confide in my managers so they are aware of my situation. I had the idea of perhaps emailing the regional manager or whoever it was who interviewed me in the first place to ask what I should do.

Throughout my entire interview process (2 separate interviews) it was never mentioned that it would be a problem for me to have two jobs, I'm not trying to lose this new one and I don't really know what the best thing to do is.

No TLDR bc idk how to sum it up, sorry
