Anyone else not allowed to see their family for the holidays?

For me, it's because I work far away from home. The job could 100% be done from home, but nope! Not allowed! Snow storm will probably prevent me from driving the 3 or 4 hours to see family during the statutory holiday. F*** work, honestly.
