Holiday pay, labor law, interstate companies question..

Hypothetical – if an employer is based in a state that has no law for holiday pay of any kind on a holiday, but they have employees in a state that does (for example, Rhode Island time and a half for holidays worked if no exemption), are the employees legally entitled to that holiday pay?
