This company has gone downhill. They got a new CEO based on a stipulation that they focus on compliance because they got sued by FCC for BRIBING. This job pays like crap for those still left working here, and always has. In the last 10 years, people have only gotten a 50 cent raise LOL. They fired ALL of their managers and only kept the highest up ones.
They’re paying over a million a month from their lawsuit till sometime in 2023 or 2024.
Now they’re changing scheduling to where if you have more seniority, you’re guaranteed hours. Folks at the bottom of the barrel are only allowed to work 15 hours a week.
