Fearing retaliation for not wanting to drive in the snow

So my area is having a sudden cold front and we're getting some snow, harsh winds, and a hard freeze overnight. I know that's life as usual in the north but where I'm at schools are shutting down. I have to drive on a notoriously dangerous highway to get to work and my car is old so it doesn't handle well in rain and wind. I work as a barista and I'm supposed to be there early tomorrow, but because of the weather conditions, I called out. My manager was very short with me about it and my company is cutting hours like crazy right now so I'm afraid she will cut my hours in retaliation for not wanting to risk my life so someone can have their coffee. I keep feeling guilty- but then I think about how I see fatal car accidents all the time in my area,…

I keep feeling guilty- but then I think about how I see fatal car accidents all the time in my area, and how my state declared a state of emergency over the cold front. They're shutting down express lanes and everything.

Our sales are going to be super low tomorrow anyway, idk why they're even staying open. It's dangerous for everyone, and being short with people who recognize that seems ridiculous.
