Employee laws?

Im 23, I worked for a company in Bailey, Colorado as an operator in the fiber optic industry. Traveled from GA to CO to work. Worked 8 months, everything was going good, the CEO said he loved our crew and never wanted to lose us, we finished our contract there and was supposed to be headed to a different contract. Ceo told everyone we would have a week or two off to spend time with family. 3 months passed. Our whole crew hasn’t heard from the ceo or anyone. Not even our supervisor. The company basically ghosted our whole crew. We was never told that we were fired or let go. My first week of work I did not get paid. I messaged the CEO’s assistant that handled payroll this morning, because I don’t have the CEO’s Number and still haven’t heard anything. When I was working with them I could never log into my paychex account, and the assistant would tell me he would fix my account and never did. now after talking to customer support I’m in my account and I was looking at my pay stubs. When I got hired I was told I’d be making 200 a day daily rate plus per diem. When I looked at my pay stubs they changed it to 160 a day and 40$ perdiem. My first two weeks they paid me 200 a day no perdiem. We worked Monday-Saturday and some sundays. I was only paid for Monday-Friday it looks like because my check wouldve been way higher if it was Monday-Saturday or even Sunday. We Worked 65-70+ hours a week. Was I supposed to get overtime? I’m just wondering what I should do, and if I should get a lawyer or just file a claim on the company, since they ghosted our crew I just want the money they owe me. I was evicted because of this situation as well if you guys could help me that would be great. Thank you for your time.
