Your job ain’t worth your security

Walked in on a couple employees at my local circle k complaining about problematic customers that lurk and cause problems when business is slow. I told them that they should abandon customer service and provoke the weirdos so that authorities can handle it (some ways better than others, of course) But they looked at me like I was crazy. One of them said they could get charged if that happened… customer service is company* policy. It does not excuse or allow harassment or threats. Don’t lose life or limb being worried about charges or unemployment, people. If ya got no priors, you’re probably gonna be alright (if any charges could be pressed) and jobs are a dime a dozen — literally, given all the shit wages. type fast, mess up word, yo
