Workplace is imposing new rules for punching in/out. I work 7-3:30 and it used to be acceptable if I clock in at 6:59 to clock out at 3:29, going forward that will result in an unexcused absence even though I worked a full 8 hours. I’ve been studying the union handbook front to back and there is absolutely nothing on the existing rules.
