They couldn’t tell my experience level by my resume, or the first 3 interviews? The fourth interview consisted of being in-person, 90 minutes, talking to all three men I had already spoken to in the previous interviews, SEPARATELY, and a tour of the place.
Four interviews in the span of four weeks plus a personality test, just for them to tell me they wanted someone with higher level experience (which I am completely qualified for btw). I guess in a way I’m glad I dodged that bullet.
I will never jump through that many hoops for a job ever again.
