I realized this when I was looking at my paycheck a couple of weeks ago. I work overtime almost every week so I know there is a decent amount of money that I’m losing there. The only issue is that my boss doesn’t suck at all in the slightest. She buys us ubers home if we need it, she regularly makes us dinner at her house, she voluntarily took me off the schedule on christmas eve because she found out i didn’t go home to my family for thanksgiving. She just doesn’t pay us over time pay lmfao. What is the best way to go about speaking to her about this? She’s extremely easy to speak to but I’m just a little confused as to why we’re not getting paid our time and a half. :/
