Here’s a throwback to when I asked my boss 6 months in advance for this time off, got approved, and reminded her a month before about my time off, then two weeks before my wedding she asks me to work the last Friday of the 2 week honeymoon because there’s no one else. How was that my problem? You already approved me. I had the extra Friday off because my wedding was on a Saturday.
P.S. I also definitely told her that I could work that Friday the 24th, it was 5 texts back in our conversation but she doesn’t care enough about me as a person to remember any of our discussions. Notice her immediate mood change when I said I could work that Friday I’m just another paper cup
