As the title suggests, my boss told me today that I haven’t worked a full month since I was hired on (1.5 years total) and that she finds it irritating. I thought she was joking as any absence I’ve had from work is either a pre planned day off using PTO (approved solely by her) or excused by a doctor’s note for a call off. There’s no way I’ve missed a day or more every single month since I’ve been here but now things seem very tense and awkward since this conversation. Any advice is appreciated.
