My job has been over working every one for the last 2 years, and recently people have been leaving for jobs with a better work life balance. I've got another job lined up to start on the 21st, I was planning on giving my job 2 weeks just to be nice but tonight they told me last minute I'm forced to stay an extra 4 hours. Im staying and not coming back and I'm not telling them.
