I’m leaving in April and I’m training one staff to be my replacement for almost a week now. Yesterday, she told another manager that she wants to transfer to his team and this manager told me. This annoys me because I want to leave, and it took them months to find this replacement for me. I’m teaching her everything that I know and yet she goes talking to another manager and tells him she wants to be with him. How do I approach about this? I don’t wanna waste my time if she is not interested in this kind of work.
