Building a Recruitment Site

What are y’all’s thoughts on building a job board site meant for employees. One side for salary and one for hourly. Where people interviewed leave reviews like Glassdoor, but apply with a pdf only resume with some questions about about yourself to qualify. The better rated the company the more they will be featured for top talent to notice them. The company can rate the applicant as well if there was a better candidate that fit the role more but wanted to give a shout-out. As for the applicants they will only be shown companies of their interests to not overflow the system. What are y’all’s thoughts? Would love to improve this idea and possibly build it for a side project with some help from a backend dev and UI/UX designer. Edit: if it’s a bad idea tell me what you really want in a job board
