I am one of 3 project managers. The 2 others have already applied for other jobs, 1 told us today she got the job, the second one will know by the end of the week. I feel fucked by the CEOs poor decision-making. I don't want to leave this job because it's really good work-life-balance-wise and I don't want to let down my project team, BUT I am on a sinking ship, right? Fuck!
