Are flawed bonus systems legal?

Hey everyone. Sorry to bother as I’m more of an observer here than anything else. I have looked this up on citizens information and all over the web but can’t find a definitive answer so I thought I would tickle your brains for a bit. Unfortunately, right off the bat, I currently work in customer service. In our job we have a bonus scheme where, depending on our scores at the end of each month, we get a certain amount in a bonus. Max is €200 per month for the most tenured agents (myself) Thing is, the system for scoring us is incredibly flawed and almost set up in a way to immediately give us a disadvantage. It is incredibly unfair. I have outlined this to my manager recently In the most detailed way possible (pretty much left her speechless and showed her things she herself never even knew about…

Thing is, the system for scoring us is incredibly flawed and almost set up in a way to immediately give us a disadvantage. It is incredibly unfair. I have outlined this to my manager recently In the most detailed way possible (pretty much left her speechless and showed her things she herself never even knew about this scoring system) and she didn’t know how to respond. She said she would escalate it to another senior member higher than herself but I have heard nothing back since.

I can edit this post and always outline in detail exactly how this particular system flawed and unfair. This may just take a while so I thought I’d just ask the actual question first. Can companies set up a bonus system in the workplace that is unfair and flawed in its scoring?
