So after a wrongful termination- I just dropped my last dollar on a lawyer to do what is right.
$5000 deposit ( retainer fee) and $400 an hour to fight for my rights in the workplace. Its just ridiculous highway robbery.
Employers mis-treat employees because they CAN. They know the grossly under paid employees are unlikely to afford the costly process necessary to fight back.
Meanwhile they have endless funds to slam the employees into the ground.
