how to stop gas prices from continuing to grow higher

The best way is to carpool, and I'm talking full car carpooling, split the fare on gas and rotate cars, whatever. If we get enough people to carpool, it'll force oil and gas companies to start eating the cost of so-called inflation! The current inflation is simply company greed and refusing to lose even the smallest amount from their profit margin. Why is it that when it takes a month or so for gas to get to the pump, we get smacked with higher prices? Greed. Plain and simple. Now I know what you're thinking carpooling may suck, but the alternative is simply refusing to commute to work. Now I know many people have a job that can be WFH, but a lot of blue-collar folks can't do it and still make enough to pay their bills. It has worked before and I don't doubt it will again.
