This week I've learned the hard way that bonuses are only paid if they think you're still working there. Quit my job as I couldn't take it anymore and thought my bonus paid in a weeks time would be fixed in. Now been told that it can be withheld if you resign before it's paid and there is nothing I can do legally (England). Time your resignation folks! Make them pay, not the other way out
