LEGAL QUESTION: Recently got let go by some real terrible employers. I want to give them a deserved horrible review on glassdoor. Is it illegal for me to mention their vaccination status + the fact that they gave employees covid, since it’s medical?

these people are entitled and rich so I want to cover my ass in case they decide to call my review defamation of character or something. I'll stick to only saying facts, which are: for a while now, oregon has had a mask mandate for businesses. the team i was on worked out of the bosses' home, which made this iffy. they chose not to wear masks until they had their covid episode. they traveled a lot during corona and never quarantined upon return, often getting right back to work and not wearing masks. in june 2021, one of them traveled to mexico and was not vaccinated, came back and did not quarantine, did not wear a mask upon return. in september 2021, one of them was having symptoms, still worked maskless, even had to go home in the middle of their shift (mind you home was….upstairs) because they couldn't…

they traveled a lot during corona and never quarantined upon return, often getting right back to work and not wearing masks.

in june 2021, one of them traveled to mexico and was not vaccinated, came back and did not quarantine, did not wear a mask upon return.

in september 2021, one of them was having symptoms, still worked maskless, even had to go home in the middle of their shift (mind you home was….upstairs) because they couldn't work through the symptoms. they worked like this for 3 days without telling anybody. then tested positive for covid!

then the rest of the team got tested, and the manager contracted it. luckily no one else.

the one who was not vaccinated beforehand BROKE QUARANTINE to get vaccinated WHILE SHE WAS SICK. idk if doing it while youre sick means anything but she definitely shouldn't have fucking left the house while she was actively contagious for anything.

when isolation period was up, the team requested that they bring in a professional cleaning service to disinfect the area of the house we worked in. we were all mad uncomfortable going back. instead of this, after multiple asks, they decided to have the manager (who was still symptomatic) come and disinfect the areas. I don't think they paid her extra for that. the team was only ok with it because it was either gonna be the manager or the bosses doing it, and we only trusted the manager to actually be sanitary and cautious about doing it correctly.

that's it.

so, this is medical information, and it's a small business, so anyone could do a minor amount of research and find out who they are. would this be illegal to say in a business review? this whole episode really ruined them in my eyes and they aren't good people to start off, so I feel it's necessary to show their lack of empathy and understanding for people who they put in real danger. they apologized for their carelessness and started wearing masks after this, but too little too late, you know?

like i said, rich and entitled. i'm almost expecting them to come after me for this. thanks for any advice
