The next step in the hiring process is completing the online assessment. This assessment is as much for you as it is for us, in that it is designed to see if this job is a good fit for how you think and your persona. We have heard from many candidates that they “love their job for the first time in their career” and that is because they are finally lined up with a job that utilizes their skills and talents. There is no pass or fail, it is an assessment of how you think as well as your personality and desire to deliver extraordinary service. Because we utilize these assessments, we have much lower team member attrition that the industry norms as well as higher team member satisfaction.

The assessment is comprised of 4 different components that will take approximately 20 minutes in total to complete and the good news is that you can do all of this right on your phone!
Components:
- Math and Verbal Reasoning Assessment. This assessment measures your aptitude in areas such as critical thinking and problem-solving. This helps you demonstrate your potential to employers, beyond what appears in your resume.
- Computer Proficiency Assessment. This assessment measures basic computer skills required for this role.
- Travel Assessment. This assessment measures travel related knowledge required for this role.
- Mock Research and Email. This assessment measures your ability to research and compose a response email.
