So a little while back my employer opted me and my colleagues out of our pensions. I wasn't particularly pleased but thought I would leave it as I was looking to leave in the very near future. (Haven't done so yet due to personal reasons).
Now recently when I needed my employer the most to step up they have let me down considerably.
I will be shortly retrieving my pension and what is rightly owed. I will be seeking legal advice before hand.
Does anyone have anything I should look out for or be aware of before taking action?
