I have honest-to-god applied to at least 50 jobs in the past week and more in weeks prior. I want to leave my job so bad but cannot afford to do it unless I line something up. All I can think about is job applications and I feel like I'm just throwing my resume at a brick wall over and over.
Half of these “urgently hiring” companies can't even be bothered to send an email denying me, they just never say anything. I just don't get it. I have a college degree, lots of relevant work experience, etc… and the best (and only) job offer I've gotten pays less than my current job I want to leave.
How do y'all keep going when job searching feels so demoralizing and dehumanizing?
