Title says it all. After 5 plus years at my company I decided to quit without a job lined up or anything. While scary, I can’t tell you how much better I feel knowing I don’t have to go back. I felt so good to walk up to my POS boss, turn my stuff in and say “I’m out”, see his face freak out because he knows without me he’s screwed and then causally walk out of that place for the last time
