Hey long time lurker here. A bit of context first, 19 old student here who is planning to start a small business in the design sector for a few reasons – primarily a hatred for the idea of working for something I don't believe in. I have found a small group of like minded individuals who all want to build this company and a big part of it is that we want to build something that is “net positive for everyone” so we have strong commitments to sustainability as well as to workers rights . I was wondering if anyone here has had a similar idea / done this before and had any experience with it or if anyone has any ideas or problems that they foresee us falling into. We are looking into thinks like becoming a B corp or a workers coop but also looking at other options at the moment.
