I'm a 26m and look younger than I am. I'm told regularly that i look 16. For example, I sometimes work in schools and am asked to take my hat off or asked for a hallpass, because the school faculty thinks im a student. Anyway, I've noticed that some of my current and previous coworkers treat me different until they find out I'm over the age of 25. I've been treated like I'm not capable of performing certain tasks or they're condescending towards me, because I look younger than I am. Does anyone else have a similar problem?
