OBVIOUSLY I’m being 100% sarcastic about hacking billboards, that’s probably illegal and I would never want anyone do to anything even remotely illegal that would, incidentally, push the ideas of fair pay and a collapse of virulent, destructive capitalism.
If you’re content to post screenshots of text messages and that’s it, we’ll continue to have a fun sub to read through but, give it a year or two and this will dissolve like every other effort we’ve produced over the years.
I look at the way Ukraine is fighting Russia — using all the resources they have, including a lot of non-violent warfare designed to bog down the enemy. Taking off all the street signs so the Russians get lost is a perfect example of using your brain to tip the scales in your favor.
We need to ask ourselves, are we not at war with the billionaires? Are we not more intelligent than they are? More hungry? More desperate? We outnumber them one million to one. Maybe it’s time to actually do some stuff. To be clear I’m honestly not advocating physical violence of any sort but I am suggesting that we need to come together and make something cohesive.
This sub has almost 2 million subscribers and every one of us knows a handful of people who feel just like we do who are not on this site. What would happen if 10 million people didn’t show up for work for a week? Would they listen then?
What other ways can we make them hear us without raising a fist or weapon?
