I worked for a major US internet/cable provider (not att) my last week working there, every time someone complained about something, they received a 100 dollar credit. I did not care at all. Cable is the biggest scam I’ve ever seen. If you called me and was the slightest bit annoyed you received a 100 dollar credit to your account.
