I left my previous employer about a month ago and after I did, I started to talk to the other managers about my salary. I found out I was making way below standard and lower than any other manager, even the newer hires. It started a whole bunch of shit, but I don't care. Withholding raises during the first year of Covid was understandable, but to not bring those of us to stayed up to current market wages AND to hire in managers making more than us is bullshit. Talk about your wages, people.
