Boss Yelled At Me All Day When I Was At My Second Job. Expects Me to Apologize.

I currently have two jobs. Job A required me to come to a meeting that I already mentioned previously I was unable to go to (a week notice). Job A wanted me to be there for a pre-dry run rehearsal to the actual dry-run rehearsal of a powerpoint on Wednesday for a presentation next Monday. Basically we are kissing the bigger boss's ass for a few minutes to show we are good employees and what we are bringing to the table this summer. Job B called me into a sudden meeting at lunch to offer me a better position and pay and bonus…and pay for my certifications. Job A's boss blew up my phone and email yelling at me for missing the meeting I mentioned I couldn't go to. Then I got guilt tripped and basically told it wouldn't have happened if I had been more cooperative. Another way of putting it is I deserved to be yelled at and need to apologize for making them yell at me (serious manipulation at this place).

Job A also expects me to apologize to my co-workers who “could not move on” without me there and wants me to come into a follow up meeting when I am at Job B to have a “chat.” Basically, use some time from Job B to be there for a meeting where I will probably get fired or reprimanded somehow.

I'm sending my resignation before the meeting and skipping since I have a solid career to be at.
