Can I quit without a two week notice?

I live in Ontario and I work at a boba place, I just don’t want to work anymore as it’s difficult with school. I’m scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday this week so I’ll work those two days, then can I just resign? Like send an email with a resignation letter informing him that today was my last day? I haven’t been hired yet but I’m confused as to what the rules are because I’ve been working since November. So I’ve been working for a while now but he hasn’t like officially hired me if that makes sense? I get payed but I have not signed any papers and have not been given the uniform. I’m 99% sure I’m still considered to be in training, as my manager did also mention an evaluation for if I’d be officially hired or not. Honestly I’m kind of tired of this “still in training”,…

Honestly I’m kind of tired of this “still in training”, it’s literally boba. But I just want to make sure that I can say that Thursday will be my last day and not for him to say I have to work for a week or two more.
